DC Electric Vehicle Grand Prix
COME SUPPORT SWE
The DC Electric Vehicle Grand Prix is an engineering competition in which teams construct and race single person electric motor driven vehicles. In 2018 The Wheaton chapter of the Society of Women Engineers entered this race for the first time and achieved first place. Since then, SWE has now built and still maintains three vehicles to enter into this competition. SWE's main projects throughout the school year center around fundraising for, upgrading, testing, and racing with these cars in preparation for the DC Grand Prix.
SWE asks for your support, either with fundraising or by coming to the big race. Check here or visit the website linked below for more information about when and where the race will take place!
